Application Conditions
Repeated washing at very high pH levels (i.e. in excess of 11.5) will adversely affect both emblem and garment. Due to the diverse nature of fabrics and textiles in the market place, customers are advised to carry out application, wash and any technical tests prior to placing orders.
Temperature / Time: 140ºC/284ºF for 10 seconds
Line Pressure: 5-6 bar (small platen - eg. 10x15 cm) / 7-8 bar (big platen - eg. 35x38 cm)
Applied Pressure: 1-2 kg/cm²
Remove carrier film whilst transfer is still hot.
